Justin Champagnie Signs Two-Way Deal With Toronto

Published

on

Justin Champagnie is officially a member of an NBA franchise.

After not getting selected in the first two rounds of the NBA Draft Thursday evening, Champagnie has signed a two-way deal with the Toronto Raptors.

Two-way contracts mean that Champagnie can play either in the NBA with Toronto or in the NBA’s G-League and will remain a member of the Raptors organization. These contracts are limited to two per team and can only be given to players with less than four years of NBA experience.

Champagne did not get drafted despite being named first team All-ACC by averaging 18 points and 11 rebounds during his sophomore season at Pitt.
