Skillings, a 6-foot-6, 195-pound wing who is ranked as the No. 89 player in the nation according to the 247 Sports Composite. According to the On3.com rankings, Skillings is the No. 40 player in the class.
Just weeks ago, Pitt made Skillings’ top ten list alongside Cincinnati, Virginia Tech, Miami, NC State, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Temple, St. Johns, and Georgia. Over the summer, Skillings was one of the highest risers in the nation, going from unranked with no offers to a high-major, four-star prospect. At the moment, all five schools seem to be in the mix, although NC State, Pitt, and Cincinnati seem to have a slight edge because they got Skillings on campus for official visits first.

Capel won’t be able to land the one and done guys until he starts to get more of these type of players.
