On Wednesday, Old Dominion transfer forward Kalu Ezikpe included Pitt in his top six programs list.
Ezikpe is a 6-foot-8 forward who averaged 11.3 points, 7.1 rebounds per game last season for ODU. In addition to Pitt, he included Georgia, Georgia Tech, LSU, WKU, and Cincinnati in his final list.
The Georgia native has scored 938 points in his four-year college career, and has one year of eligibility left as a grad transfer. He plays the four position, having only attempted 35 threes in four seasons and making five. On two-point field goals, he shot 54% across his career.
Pitt currently has six open scholarships, as Onye Ezeakudo, Noah Collier, Ithiel Horton, Chris Payton, and Dan Oladapo entered the transfer portal and Mo Gueye ran out of eligibility.
