After PSN recently reported the majority of the Duquesne non-conference hoops schedule, one of the dates — of the game against Winthrop — has been revealed.
Rocco Miller reported on Wednesday that Duquesne will host the Winthrop Eagles this season in a non-conference battle on December 21.

Winthrop competes in the Big South Conference, and is coming off a solid year under first-year head coach Mark Prosser. The Eagles finished last season 23-9 with a 14-2 conference record.
While the dates of all of Duquesne’s non-conference games have not been released yet, Pittsburgh Sports Now recently reported most of the opponents that the Dukes will be taking on (including Winthrop).

Marshall:Â Finished last season with a 12-21 record.
DePaul:Â Finished last season with a 15-16 record.
Ball State:Â Finished last season with a 14-17 record.
North Florida:Â Finished last season with a 11-20 record.

South Carolina State:Â Finished last season with a 15-16 record.
Alabama State:Â Finished last season with a 9-21 record.

Colgate:Â Finished last season with a 23-12 record. Won the Patriot League Championship and qualified for the NCAA Tournament.

Kentucky: Finished last season with a 26-8 record. Qualified for the NCAA Tournament.

Dae Dae Grant, Joe Reece, Tevin Brewer, and other transfers join Kevin Easley, Tre Williams, and several other returners this season for the Dukes.
