Duquesne Offers 2025 California Guard Demarco Johnson

On Tuesday, Duquesne offered Demarco Johnson, a 6-foot-3 guard in the class of 2025.
“I’m blessed and thankful for getting an offer from Duquesne,” Johnson told Pittsburgh Sports Now. “I’m enjoying my recruiting process with Southern California Academy. I’m going to keep working hard to maximize my potential.”
Johnson plays for Southern California Academy, and has been blowing up on the recruiting trail as of late. In the month of September, Johnson has picked up offers from Duquesne, Georgia, New Mexico State, and Southern Utah.
2025 DeMarco Johnson was one of the most athletic prospects at camp! He was one of the top above the rim finishers during camp which makes him really tough to guard when getting out in transition. Johnson has a lot of good guard skills that will translate well. #CP3RS #CP3Family pic.twitter.com/OyjJx6GxPq

Johnson is the second 2025 prospect to receive an offer from the Duquesne staff in the past few days, as Deerick Barber Jr. (Cleveland, OH) added an offer from the Dukes earlier this week as well.
