Twitter Reaction to Pitt’s Domination of Miami; Finished Season 8-4

Published

on

The Pitt Panthers showed some heart in completing their 2022 regular season.

After a disappointing stretch of games in October that ultimately cost them the ACC Coastal Division, the Panthers went undefeated in November, capping it off with a dominant performance against Miami.

Although it didn’t end with another championship, the 2022 season wasn’t a complete disaster as they finish the regular season with a record of 8-4 with a chance to get win No. 9 in their upcoming bowl game.

As has been the case during this 4-game winning streak, the defense led the Panthers to tonight’s victory along with a career best performance from Jared Wayne.

Now that WV ruined our season, who wants to continue this series? Maybe at the end of the season like Clemson/South Carolina or GT/Georgia. But otherwise, no chance.

I believe he’s referring to the Slovis concussion which was at the end of the 1st half against Tenn.

Not sure how they ruined our season, but we should play them every year in the final game during rivalry week.
