Once a Mountaineer and then a Panther? Could that be the Ali Jennings story?

The former West Virginia wide receiver, who decided to enter the transfer portal for a second time after spending the past two seasons at Old Dominion, has received an offer from Pitt.

Despite the interesting aspect of the Pitt offer, the Panthers are far from the only program interested in Jennings. He’s also announced offers from Kansas and Washington State, and that’s just to this point.

Jennings is expected to draw lots of attention in the portal after earning first-team All-Sun Belt conference honors. He led Old Dominion with 54 receptions for 959 yards and nine touchdowns in 2022. Jennings’ touchdown total also topped the conference — as well as his 106.6 yards per game average.

Jennings recorded five 100-yard games this season, highlighted by a 200-yard, three-touchdown performance against East Carolina.
