On Friday night, a four-star priority target for Pitt will announce his college decision.
Alier Maluk, now playing with Long Island Lutheran, will announce his commitment on Friday night on Instagram live. He will decide between Florida State, Pitt, Ohio State, Oregon, and LSU.
Maluk has been on Pitt’s radar for years, earning an offer from the Panthers’ staff as a young freshman at Imani Christian. Since, he has visited Pitt countless times for his own games, for Pitt games, and to meet with the staff.
He is ranked as the No. 41 player in the country according to the 247 Sports Composite rankings, and is a four-star prospect. He most recently took an official visit to Florida State, and has also taken an unofficial to Ohio State. Maluk’s cousin Bol Bol played for Oregon.
