PITTSBURGH – Pitt hosted NC State on senior day in front of a strong crowd at the Petersen Events Center.
Before the game, the Panthers honored forwards Blake Hinson and Will Jeffress, as well as guard KJ Marshall for their contributions to the program.
Hinson owns the single-season Pitt record for three-pointers made in a season (104 and counting).
An Erie native, Jeffress bounced back from a season-ending injury last season to become a dependable defender off the bench. Jeffress has two years of eligibility remaining.
Marshall has become a solid leader and contributor in multiple avenues for the Pitt program.
