PITTSBURGH — It’s a new era for Pitt basketball, and according to Jeff Capel, it’s going to be tougher, higher-tempo and more aggressive than it has been in the past.
Capel and wings Jared Wilson-Frame and Malik Ellison spoke to the media on Tuesday in advance of the Panthers’ exhibition game against Pitt-Johnstown on Thursday.
They talked about the focus of the team heading into the 2018-19 season, which will officially start next Tuesday, when the Panthers will host Youngstown State at Petersen Events Center.
