Pitt Football All-American Honors Roundup

It’s been an impressive season for the Pitt football team. The Panthers beat two top 5 teams, made the top 25, were part of the highest scoring game in FBS history and got an invite to the Pinstripe Bowl.

Now comes the individual awards, as organizations begin releasing their All-American lists. And so far, Pitt players have been well-represented, with honors for Quadree Henderson, Dorian Johnson, Ejuan Price, James Conner, Adam Bisnowaty, Brian O’Neill and Jordan Whitehead.

With all the major publications having released their picks, the only Pitt player to be selected to every list almost every list was KR/PR Quadree Henderson, who lead all Panthers with seven All-American nominations and three All-ACC nods. Quadree was a first or second team selection on every list except ESPN’s. G Dorian Johnson was second with three All-American picks and 1st team honors on three All-ACC lists. DE Ejuan Price was third with two All-American picks and 1st team All-ACC honors on three lists.
