Die-Hards: What Positions Will See Extra Attention After Early Pitt Commits?

With eight commits already in the fold and one more yet to be announced after another successful June official visit weekend for Pitt head coach Pat Narduzzi, the Panthers’ recruiting Class of 2020 is starting to take shape in a big way, and even at this early date, some future priorities can be teased out of what the Panthers have already accomplished this cycle.

For starters, Pitt seems to have definitely done better on defense so far, with two outside linebackers (Solomon DeShields and Bangally Kamara), two defensive ends (Emmanuel Belgrave and Samuel Williams) and cornerbacks Tee Denson and Hunter Sellers.

On offense, it’s just been wide receiver Jaylon Barden and tackle Michael Statham.

Let’s compare what Pitt already has to what the Panthers are scheduled to lose in graduation to see where some of their next recruits might come.
