Pitt signee Carlton Carrington has had an incredible year.

This year, the future Panther scored over 1,000 points, led his St. Frances Academy team to 29 wins, won MVP at five different events, and committed to play for Jeff Capel’s Panthers.

Now, the latest accomplishment for Carrington is another big one. Carrington was selected to compete on the Capital City Classic All-Star team, along with several of the best players in the region. Carrington and his teammates, including Amani Hansberry (Illinois commit) and Jahnathan Lamothe (Maryland), will compete on April 29 at Entertainment and Sports Arena in Washington D.C.

Carrington, a first team all Baltimore Catholic League selection, committed to Pitt back in June, selecting the Panthers just days after ’22 point guard Dior Johnson committed to the program as well.

Carrington is a 6-foot-4 shooting guard out of Baltimore, Maryland who is ranked as the No. 97 player in the nation according to 247 Sports.
