Kaba attends the Peddie School in New Jersey and is a member of the Shoreshots Rio AAU basketball program.

Following a standout performance over the weekend in Atlanta, Derek Murray from Cerebro Sports had this to say about Kaba- “Covers ground, great movement skills. Potential as a 3&D wing or a versatile mismatch guy. Lots of coaches getting a look here at UAA.”

Along with this one from Duquesne, Kaba also holds offers from Florida Gulf Coast, Saint Louis, Washington State, Siena, Howard, Albany, Lafayette, American, NJIT, Maine, North Texas, Fordham, Saint Bonaventure, Hofstra, New Hampshire, Towson, Northeastern, William & Mary, Boston University and Stony Brook.

Kaba says that he intends to start making some unofficial visits but is evaluating which schools to make them to.
