Five star guard Meleek Thomas dropped his top 12 list, narrowing his recruitment just before his junior season at Lincoln Park.
Thomas included the following programs in his list: Pitt, Kansas State, Indiana, Kentucky, Kansas, Duke, Auburn, Tennessee, UConn, Michigan, Miami, and Villanova.
Thomas is ranked as the No. 7 player in the class of 2025 and has made a national name for himself. The best player in Pennsylvania, Thomas starred for Lincoln Park each of his first two years of high school and will once again be one of the top players in the WPIAL this season. He also led the Leopards to a 4A PIAA State Championship win last year while averaging 24.9 points and nine rebounds per game.
This summer, Thomas has worked out with several NBA players, played in national AAU events on the Nike EYBL circuit, and recently competed in the SLAM Summer Classic at historic Rucker Park in New York City.
