Update (1:37 PM)-
**Offer No. 6 today from Pitt to a current player on the Winslow Township HS Football team in Atco, New Jersey. This is a big one as Tiquan Underwood offers freshman athlete Ausar Heard, who also has offers from West Virginia, Georgia and Penn State. Heard’s older brother, James, currently plays for Neal Brown and West Virginia.

Update (12:49 PM)-
**Bergen Catholic is a program that consistently produces top D-1 talent. Today, Pitt extended an offer to a big-time sophomore 2026 defensive lineman Jermaine Kinsler. The 6’7″, 260-pound defensive tackle already holds offers from Miami, Florida, Boston College, Rutgers, Syracuse, Marshall, South Florida, Virgina Tech and West Virginia. Kinsler received the offer from area recruiter Tim Salem.

Update (12:28 PM)-
**Make that 5 players from the Winslow Township football team (New Jersey) with offers from Pitt today. The latest one is 2026 athlete Julian Peterson (6’1″, 175), who holds offers from Minnesota, East Carolina, Penn State and West Virginia.

Update (12:17 PM)-
**The Winslow Township football team in Atco, New Jersey must be very talented because today, Pitt has already offered 4 members of their team. The latest one is 2026 center Philip Hatfield, Jr. This is the first D-1 offer for Hatfield.

Update (12:07 PM)-
**A ton of recruiting being done today by Pitt in New Jersey as an offer goes out to 2026 athlete Cayden Gray from Winslow Township High School in Acto, New Jersey. This becomes the first D-1 offer for Gray.

Update (12:01 PM)-
**Pitt extends an offer to 2026 athlete Nahmir Tucker (6’2″, 180-pounds) from West Atco, New Jersey. This is the first D-1 offer for Tucker, who received the big news from Tiquan Underwood.

Update (11:36 AM)-
**A second offer today from Pitt to a player in New Jersey as this one goes to 2026 wide receiver Nyqir Helton from Winslow Township High School in Acto, New Jersey. Helton (6’0″, 170) holds other Power Five offers from Maryland and Penn State.

Update (11:00 AM)-
**This morning, Tiquan Underwood and Pitt extend an offer to 2025 running back/defensive back Kenny Smith from Hammonton, New Jersey. As a sophomore last season, Smith rushed for 1,674 yards and 23 touchdowns. Last week, Smith (5’11”, 180) rushed for a school record 295 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Update (10:50 AM)-

**Pitt extended an offer on Monday to 2026 defensive back Cortez Redding from Jonesboro High School in Jonesboro, Georgia. Redding (6’0″, 175-pounds) holds other Power Five offers from Michigan, Georgia Tech and Auburn. Redding received the offer from Archie Collins.

Update (9:47 AM)- 

**Last night, Latrobe HS 2025 athlete Alex Tatsch received a Power 5 offer from Virginia Tech. Tatsch (6’3”, 210) also holds offers from Boston College, West Virginia, Marshall and UConn. Tatsch attended Pitt’s home opener against Wofford.
