Pitt fans, welcome to the bubble.

On Friday night, ESPN bracketologist Joe Lunardi included the Panthers in his bracketology contention for the first time. He had previously “considered” Pitt for his bracket, but on Friday, he included Pitt in his “Next Four Out” section.

Along with Pitt, Villanova, Colorado, and St. John’s are listed in the Next Four Out category, while Wake Forest, Providence, Seton Hall, and Cincinnati are listed as “First Four Out.”

The Panthers currently sit at 16-8 overall and 7-6 in ACC play after starting the season 1-5 in conference action. Pitt’s two biggest wins have come against No. 7 Duke and No. 21 Virginia, both coming on the road. As of Friday, Pitt is ranked No. 54 in the NCAA’s NET rankings, less than one month after ranking as low as No. 83 in the same rankings. Pitt has rattled off six wins in its last seven games, and has won four straight matchups.

Pitt’s next game comes on Saturday, Feb. 17 against Louisville, a team that the Panthers have already beaten this year once before. Pitt will host the Cardinals at the Petersen Events Center at 6:30 p.m. eastern time.

Those rankings are useless, just like you. They mission is to win them All. By the way were is Syracuse rated? Last time I looked, they were behind Pitt in the standings.

Lol. Triggered again, moron? “All”. Rhetorical question- are you really that fucking stupid? “They mission”. “Were is Syracuse”?

Opposing batters’ knees got weak when Veal started wiping sweat off his face. His fast balls found a few batters’ ribs.

Judging from your stupid comments, I’m sure you took a couple to the head, lol.

A loss today could be devastating. Let’s hope that they aren’t looking ahead.
Based on Louisville’s NET, Pitt will almost have to win by double digits, or be penalized.
Then, win at WF, and they will swap places them in “next four out” vs. “last four out”.

Wake only scored 47 on UVA. But, they only lost by 2????
Who had the +-96?
Wake must not want to be in the Tourney.
