High school recruiting is a very, very tricky business to follow and one of the reasons for that is everything isn’t what it seems.

One of the biggest confusing areas is when it comes to offers.

It’s confusing because some players receive actual offers, some receive non-committable offers, some players receive offers that are later pulled and then some players claim to receive offers that were never presented to them.

I’m writing this because one of these has happened with the Pitt Panthers.
