**Congratulations to Quaker Valley sophomore Mimi Thiero for receiving her first D-1 basketball offer. Mimi’s brother is Adou, who was a star at Quaker Valley and signed with John Calipari and Kentucky.

**More recruiting for Pitt in the state of Maryland as this morning they extend an offer to 2025 wide receiver Corey Costner from Perry Hall High School in Baltimore. Costner (6’1″, 185-pounds) also holds offers from Boston College, Liberty, Minnesota, North Carolina, Notre Dame, Penn State, Virginia and Virginia Tech.

**Andre Powell and Pitt have extended an offer to 2025 wide receiver DaMarion Fowlkes from Good Counsel High School in Olney, Maryland. Fowlkes (5’11”, 170) holds other offers from Boston College, Old Dominion, UNLV and West Virgina.

**On Tuesday, Pitt extended an offer to a big-time defensive lineman. Andre Powell extended an offer to 2025 4-star defensive end Cortez Harris from St. Frances Academy in Baltimore, Maryland. Harris (6’4″, 230-pounds) also holds offers from Alabama, Boston College, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Penn State, South Carolina, South Florida, Syracuse, Tennessee, Texas A&M and Virginia Tech.
