Cook (6’2″, 298-pounds) entered the portal three days ago and since then, he’s received a bunch of interest receiving offers from Ohio State, Oregon State, Tennessee, California, Baylor, TCU, Kansas, Louisville, Boston College, Miami, Missouri, Liberty, UConn and Houston. Cook entered the portal as a grad transfer and will have one season of eligibility remaining.

Cook was a team captain at Middle Tennessee State, where he collected 61 career tackles and 10.5 sacks. His best season came in 2022 as he earned first C-USA honors after registering 6.5 sacks.

Following the graduation and transfers of Deandre Jules, Tyler Bentley, David Green, Devin Danielson and Nate Temple, Pitt will no doubt look to replenish their defensive line.
