PITTSBURGH — It’s been nearly 15 years since Pitt’s hearts were broken in the 2009 Elite Eight on Scottie Reynolds’ buzzer-beating game winner.
The 2009 Pitt basketball team — which finished 31-5 and 15-3 in Big East play — is back in town for the weekend, celebrating Alumni Night alongside the 1974 Pitt team when Pitt’s current squad takes on Notre Dame on Saturday.
Before an alumni event on Friday night, Pitt’s Jermaine Dixon joined the media, including Pittsburgh Sports Now, to talk about his memories from the 2008-09 season, Reynolds’ game-winner, and more.
