PITTSBURGH — Pitt head coach Jeff Capel does not sound excited about the prospects of playing Robert Morris in the first game at the Colonials’ new UPMC Events Center.
When asked why he accepted the challenge of dealing with an upset-minded opponent, Capel simply said “we were asked.”
But he had lots more to say about the play of his team, coming off a week that saw them soar in an upset victory over Florida State and then come crashing back to easy in a loss to Nicholls State.
