Pitt’s Class of 2021 continues to be highly ranked nationally, even with classes around the country filling up at an unprecedented rate.
After getting commitment No. 14 on Thursday from Florida defensive back Noah Biglow, the Panthers are ranked No. 20 by Rivals.com and No. 22 by 247 Sports’ composite rankings.

Both ranking systems have Pitt as the No. 4 team in the Atlantic Coast Conference, behind only Clemson, North Carolina and Miami.
Pitt’s class is also filling up ahead of the national pace. Just 11 schools have more than Pitt’s 14 recruits committed.
While the rankings for 2021 are far from final — and Pitt still has four to six players to add to the class — the current standings would represent a significant increase from 2020, when Pitt had then No. 44 class according to both rankings sites.
If Pitt’s No. 20/22 ranking were to hold, it would represent the Panthers’ best mark ever in the Rivals era (since 2002) and second-best according to 247 Sports.
