Report: Pitt to Host William and Mary in 2022-23 Season

Published

on

According to a report by The D1 Docket, Pitt will host William and Mary this upcoming season in late November in a non-conference matchup.

The Tribe struggled last season, going 5-27 and just 4-14 in conference play. They return last year’s leading scorer Ben Wight, who averaged 11.6 points per game.

Since last season, the Tribe have lost standout sophomore Connor Kochera, who transferred to Davidson, as well as Quinn Blair and Brandon Carroll, who both graduated. The staff has brought in multiple players from the transfer portal, including former Pitt forward Noah Collier as well as former Vanderbilt guard Gabe Dorsey, a Pennsylvania native.

So far, Pitt will host West Virginia on November 11, then travel out to Brooklyn, New York to play in the Legends Classic on November 16th and 17th, and then take on William and Mary on either November 25th or 26th.

Who is paying the guarantee, lol? At the rate the program is going under this clown, it’s a legitimate question…

Disgusted with your negative attitude. Yeah, we know you want Steve Kerr, Bill Self or Calipari as the next coach BUT you probably don’t even contribute a dollar to the athletic program. And for your information, coach doesn’t schedule these games, the athletic department does.

If you’re disgusted by my attitude scroll by. I’m every bit as entitled to my opinion as you. So there’s that. I love how this guy’s record is so indefensible that his supporters have no recourse but ad hominem attacks.

And to top it off, you’re too big of a coward to post in your own name.
