Die-Hards: Pitt Snap Counts Against West Virginia

Published

Pitt football in the Backyard Brawl.

I know no one wants to relive the Backyard Brawl loss to West Virginia again, but for those who want to see who saw the field and who didn’t for Pitt, let’s take a look.

For reference, here’s how the abbreviations work out. PASS means passing snaps, RUN means rushing snaps, RBLK means run blocking snaps, PBLK means pass blocking snaps, RDEF means rush defense snaps, PRSH means pass rushing snaps and COV means pass coverage snaps.

Pitt ran 58 offensive snaps and 65 defensive snaps Saturday against West Virginia. A “**” designation shows that a player started against WVU.
