PITTSBURGH — Tim Daoust and JJ Laster haven’t been at Pitt long, hired just recently, but they were both very active on the first day of spring practices in the respective units.
Daoust has high hopes for his defensive line unit, especially Dayon Hayes, and he’s looking forward to taking the next step with the unit, while Laster is ready to give his wideouts the tough love that they need to succeed on and off the football field. It was the first time either assistant spoke to the Pitt media.
