PITTSBURGH — As far as offseasons go, Pitt football has had a pretty good one, with Damar Hamlin receiving a fifth year of eligibility, three underclassmen deciding to return instead of pursuing the NFL, and a talented group of freshman and transfers joining the program in January.
There have been some blips, with the departure of Dave Andrews and the strength and conditioning staff and a few transfers.
