The Duquesne Dukes wrapped up their 2018 recruiting class by adding more size to their front court.

Late this afternoon, power forward Amari Kelly gave Keith Dambrot and his program a verbal commitment.

Setting young men on the path to a better future.

Kelly (6-foot-9, 225 pounds) is from Meadowcreek High School in Snellville, Georgia and held offers from East Carolina, New Orleans, UMass, UTEP, Northeastern, Florida Gulf Coast, LaSalle, Murray State, Detroit and Cleveland State.

Kelly was in Pittsburgh last weekend for an official visit and attended Duquesne’s first practice on Sunday. One of the big things that made a positive impression on Kelly was Dambrot and his plan for the future.

Duquesne's 2024 March Madness Tournament coverage is sponsored by Leon's Billiards & More, Moon Golf Club and Archie's on Carson! Their contributions have allowed us to cover the Dukes run in Omaha, Nebraska. We appreciate their support!

Kelly is the 5th commitment that Duquesne has received for their recruiting Class of 2018.
