Tonight, Pittsburgh Sports Now asked White about his decision, why Pitt made it and what’s in his future?

“Pitt made the list because of the relationship I have with Coach Collins,” said White. “He makes it feel like that’s (Pitt) the best and right fit for me! I talk to Coach Collins and Coach Beatty the most. We talk about how they can develop me into a better player and to get me to where I want to go. On average, we talk about 2-3 times a week.”

Now that he’s down to a six teams, what’s next for White? Will he make an official visit to Pitt?

“I’m getting up to Pitt very soon,” said White. “I’m thinking about taking my official visit there the weekend of June 14. I want to make a final decision around mid-July so that I’m able to focus on my senior season. There’s a high chance I make a visit that weekend.”
