2024 6’9″Forward Christian Humphrey-Rembert Wants to Visit Pitt

On June 15, college coaches were permitted to reach out to prospects in the 2024 class for the first time, and Pitt’s staff was busy all day hitting up prospects from all over.

Associate head coach Tim O’Toole reached out to several young bigs on the day, including Christian Humphrey-Rembert, a 6-foot-9 forward who plays his high-school ball for the loaded La Lumiere program in Indiana. Humphrey-Rembert possesses a 7-foot-1 wingspan, and quickly stood out to O’Toole with his length and talent to go with it.

“He reached out to me on the 15th on Wednesday,” Humphrey-Rembert told Pittsburgh Sports Now. “He told me to keep working my tail off and that he will be seeing me soon and to send him my schedule.”

Since June 15, Humphrey-Rembert also heard from coaches at Missouri, Florida State, Xavier, Stanford, Northwestern, Cal, Saint Louis, Harvard, WMU, EMU, Kent State, Toledo, Tulane, UCSB, Stony Brook, NJIT, Cal Poly, Southern Utah, Air Force, Howard, and Longwood. Although he said that he does not know much about Pitt yet, the talented rising junior did say that he is interested in learning more about the Panthers and wants to take a trip to see the program.

“I want to take a visit to Cal, Northwestern, Pitt, and Saint Louis,” he said.
