According to JD Shaw of HoopsRumors, former Pitt guard Jared Wilson-Frame will play with the Orlando Magic during this year’s NBA Summer League action.
Wilson-Frame, a junior-college product, played two seasons at Pitt from 2017-19. He started 40 games across those two seasons, and overall, he averaged 12.8 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 1.5 assists per game as a Panther. He hit 40% of his three-point attempts as a senior in 2019.
He played last season for the Salt Lake City Stars G-League team, affiliated with the Utah Jazz. There, Wilson-Frame averaged 17 points per game along with 5.3 assists and 4.6 rebounds. Recently, Wilson Frame was also added to the Team USA 3×3 team to compete in FIBA tournament action this summer and fall.
