Pitt Football Coaches Make Initial Contact With Players In Class of 2025
At midnight, college football coaches were permitted to make contact with players in the Class of 2025.
That meant that Pat Narduzzi and his staff were either on the phone or using their phones to reach out to players on their radar.
Throughout the day, PSN has been working to learn who some of these players are and here’s what we came up with. As we get more names, we’ll be sure to add them to this list.
-2025 3-star wide receiver Jourdin Houston from Oakdale, Connecticut. Houston holds offers from Pitt, Boston College, Michigan State, Minnesota, Penn State, Rutgers, Syracuse and Temple.
-2025 athlete Nedrick Boldin Jr. from West Palm Beach, Florida. Boldin holds offers from Pitt, UMass, Florida Atlantic, Eastern Kentucky, Bowling Green, Arkansas and Akron.
-2025 3-star defensive end Romando Johnson from West Palm Beach Florida. Johnson holds offers from Pitt, Akron, UConn, Florida Atlantic, Louisville, UMass, Miami, Penn State, Purdue, South Florida and Wake Forest.
-2025 3-star offensive tackle Jayden Clark from Clayton, Ohio. Clark holds offers from Pitt, Purdue, Boston College, Bowling Green and Miami (OH).
-2025 3-star quarterback Jack Moran from Hillsborough, New Jersey. Moran holds an offer from UConn.
-2025 4-star wide receiver Dez Jones from Wayne, New Jersey. Jones holds offers from Pitt, Duke, Illinois, Kentucky, Maryland, Nebraska, Ole Miss, Penn State, Rutgers, Syracuse, Texas and UConn.
-2025 offensive lineman Ameer Yasin from Tallmadge, Ohio. Yasin is currently committed to Akron and also holds offers from Ball State, Kent State, Kentucky, Marshall and Miami (OH).
