WATCH: Blake Hinson Opens Pitt Basketball Season with Logo Triple

The half court logo is a familiar spot for Blake Hinson.
Pitt’s veteran forward started the season with a bang by splashing home the Panthers’ first points of the year facing North Carolina A&T. The shot was the first by any Panther and came on the very first possession 15 seconds into action.
In front of a packed Oakland Zoo inside the Petersen Events center, Hinson helped guide Pitt by scoring seven of the first nine points.
