Some surprise news from Pitt football this morning as they add a player to their Class of 2024.
Pat Narduzzi announced the signing of 2024 3-star tight end Malachi Thomas from Thomas County Central High School in Thomasville, Georgia.

Thomas (6β4β, 230) is a 2-time 6A All-State player, who finished last season with 42 receptions for 570 yards and 11 touchdowns.
Thomas is the second player in Pittβs Class of 2024 from Georgia (Caleb Holmes) and the lone tight end.
Along with Pitt, Thomas held offers from Georgia State, Navy, Old Dominion, Buffalo, Charlotte and UAB.
Seems like a good signing but how could a Georgia all state player not have better offers?
Needs to buff-out those arms/body. If so, may be a sleeper.
There’s white tape down the back of his right arm. Unless he has a flesh eating bacteria on only that arm.
