The Duquesne Dukes will be looking to replace seven departing players from their 2023-24 NCAA Tournament basketball team.
New head coach Dru Joyce reportedly is busy reaching out to players currently in the NCAA Transfer Portal and one of those such players is DePaul senior Jeremiah Oden.

Oden is a 6’8″, 200 forward from Chicago, Illinois. Oden started his career at Wyoming before transferring to his hometown team last offseason.
Last season, Oden averaged 7.6 points and 3.2 rebounds, while shooting 31.3% from 3-point range. During the 2022-23 season with Wyoming, Oden put up similar numbers, 9.6 points/game, 3.6 rebounds and 34.4% from 3-point range.
Along with Duquesne, The Portal Report reports that programs such as Colorado State, UAB, UIC, UC Davis, San Jose State, Northern Illinois, Bowling Green, Eastern Michigan, Illinois State, Hofstra, High Point, Denver and Purdue Fort-Wayne have also contacted Oden.
Joyce and his staff have plenty of work to do this offseason trying to replace not only the productivity but leadership from Jimmy Clark, Dae Dae Grant, Fousseyni Drame, Hassan Drame, Dusan Mahorcic, Tre Williams and Andrei Savrasov.
