Die-Hards: Is This the Year Pat Narduzzi and Pitt Win Some Big Recruiting Battles?

If history is an indicator, we’re approaching a busy time for Pitt football recruiting.

June is a month that usually sees Pitt receive not only an abundance of visits but also a bunch of commitments.

From what we’ve been hearing, this should again be the case this June as Pat Narduzzi could be in line for a slew of commitments.

The major question is: will Pitt be able to out recruit some big schools in order to land these players? It’s interesting because Pitt was one of, if not the first school to offer a number of these players. Since then, a number of major programs have followed Pitt’s lead by extending offers.

Much is made about the timing of an offer. We’re going to find out if getting in early pays off for Pitt.
