Bryce Brennan Commits to Pitt Wrestling

Bryce Brennan, a senior at Red Land High School announced his commitment to Pitt on Twitter Thursday night.

Pitt wrestling coverage on Pittsburgh Sports Now is sponsored by the Pittsburgh Wrestling Club.

He is now the 7th member of coach Keith Gavin’s third recruiting class. Brennan was a three time state qualifier for the Patriots, and placed 8th and 7th his junior and senior seasons, respectively. His career record was 118-42. Brennan wrestled 132 this past year, and projects as a 133 or 141 in college.

His fellow Class of 2020 future Panthers include Mick Burnett, Antonio Petrucelli, Dane Csencsits, Lucas Montgomery, Stephen Schott, and Colby Whitehill.

Burnett and Whitehill headline the class as the two ranked wrestlers. Burnett comes in at No. 9 at 138 and Whitehill No. 7 at 285.
