Pitt will host a number of recruits on Saturday for their Blue/Gold Spring Game, but they won’t all be juniors.
Aliquippa 2024 4-star outside linebacker Cameron Lindsey has announced that he’ll make the short ride to Heinz Field to take in the festivities.
Getting Lindsey in attendance is good news for the Pitt program as he’s no doubt one of the top overall recruits on their recruiting board for the Class of 2024.
Lindsey (6’2″, 195) is a 4-star recruit and Rivals currently has listed him as the No. 129 overall sophomore and the 5th best prospect in Pennsylvania. Along with Pitt, Lindsey holds offers from Cincinnati, Maryland, Penn State, Toledo and West Virginia.
Lindsey is one of three 2024 WPIAL 4-star recruits- Lindsey, Belle Vernon athlete Quinton Martin and Central Catholic linebacker Anthony Speca. Lindsey is the first top WPIAL recruit that has announced that he’ll be at Pitt’s Spring Game on Saturday.
