**Former Pitt tight end Scott Orndoff has a new home. After getting released by the Steelers because of an injury, Orndoff signed this morning with Detroit. This could be a good situation for him because the Lions have major injuries at the tight end position.

**ICYMI, late last night Pat Narduzzi let it be known that Pitt received a vebal commitment but his identity hasn’t been released yet. Pgh Sports Now has confirmed the recruit but as is our policy, we won’t release his name until he does or until he gives us permission to do so. Only clue I’ll give you is that it isn’t a local recruit.
