While on an unofficial visit, Montgomery received an offer from Frank Cignetti Jr. and the Pitt Panthers.

Montgomery (6’3″, 185) is from Findlay, Ohio and is the younger brother of 2023 4-star offensive tackle Luke Montgomery, who has given a verbal commitment to Ohio State.
Pitt joins Georgia Tech, Miami (OH), Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Penn State, Tennessee and Toledo as schools that have extended offers to Montgomery.
Montgomery has been busy with visits during the spring as he’s made trips to Michigan, Penn State, Ohio State and Miami (OH).
Already, Pitt has extended offers to four freshmen quarterbacks- Montgomery, Kelden Ryan (Keller, Texas), Stone Saunders (Harrisburg, Pennsylvania) and Bryce Underwood (Belleville, Michigan).
