UPDATE (9:32 AM)-
**It’s announcement day for New Castle star safety Geno Stone. The two sport star is currently committed to Kent State but visited Iowa over the weekend and received an offer from the Hawkeyes. Stone will hold a 1 PM press conference at New Castle H.S. to announce his future plans.

UPDATE (8:08 AM)-
**For the second time in the last week, the Pitt coaching staff has offered an elite 2018 prospect from Erie. Last week it was Mercyhurst Prep linebacker Jesse Luketa and last night an offer went to Erie Prep’s Fredrick Scruggs. The 4-star offensive guard is ranked as one of the Top 10 guards in the country. Aside from Pitt, Scruggs also holds offers from Michigan State, Ohio State, Penn State, Michigan and North Carolina.
